Fauxvember

30 days. One invitation.
Get curious.

Fauxvember is an invitation to spend November getting curious about the choices, habits and relationship with alcohol and how that shapes our wellbeing. We encourage having a fun while we explore and notice what feels good, what doesn't and what you might want to carry forward.

Why alcohol?

Because sometimes getting curious starts with what's in our glass.

Alcohol is woven into so many parts of our lives. It’s when we celebrate, socialize, unwind after a long day or raise a glass with friends. For women, wine in particular can be wrapped up in a message about self-care, reward and coping with the pressures of everyday life.

Fauxvember is an invitation to get curious about that relationship. For one month, consider abstaining or minimizing alcohol and notice what happens — how you sleep, how you feel, how you connect, and what you learn about yourself along the way.

This isn’t about judgement, rules or telling women what wellness should look like. It’s about creating a little space between habit and choice — and deciding for yourself what feels right.
